Vital Villages and Parish Plans

These are plans prepared by the local community for the local community. They are developed, with the support of West Lancashire Council for Voluntary Service (CVS), and continue to be used to inform the priorities for the sustainable community strategy and thematic groups.

All parishes that expressed a wish to produce a parish plan have been given support to do so through the LSP.
